if i had the money and time, i would contribute to the world by helping disaster victims.
the natural disaster over at philippines and indonesia has really struck me. There are so many different and little states throughout the country, will money and effort from the city diffuse that efficiently to aid them in rebuilding their lives. As much as i hope it will work like the mechanisms of science, i bet it hardly happens.
it really pains me to see another human being, at the other end of the world suffering. besides having to cope with his physical loss of "home", he has to bear the mental torment and holding dear to the possibly diaphanous hope that his family members will be alive. Contradictory as it may seem, some people are giving up their old-aged parents to hospitals as soon as they have the capability to support themselves. though i have mentioned something about morals the previous post, i cant think of any reasons that are understandable enough to disregard the years of care that their parents had showered on them. Though i am really lousy in expressing myself, i will do my utmost best as daughter, even if it means shouldering any burden/ responsibility.
but anyways, i am determined to be involved in relief efforts and doing my little part to the earth by going to deserts to plant trees, if possible! when i am a bit older. i always believe that we should treat everything/everyone with sincerity before they will be nice to you. So, we should be kinder to the earth!
yes, i am all sober now. Just so it happens that i realise i am clueless myself to what i really want. there are far more important things.
